Having run a successful photo booth company for the last year, I felt it was time to introduce another photo booth product to my range. Dreambooth were the perfect company to purchase the new Dream Mirror from for several reasons. Dreambooth quickly set up an appointment to give me a demonstration and it became apparent why they are market leaders in photo booth technology in the UK once I saw all of their products in their showroom. I was immediately impressed with the build quality of the Mirror and Matt did an amazing job of show casing all of its many features as well as giving some guidance on how revenues could be maximised with ideas for several different markets that I hadn't previously thought about. Having been made to feel very comfortable that Dreambooth were the company that I wanted to do business with, I went ahead and made an order the very next day. One of the important things to me when I bought the Dream Mirror was that the software was going to be easily configurable and different from anything out there. Both boxes were ticked and each software update they send out offers some fresh feature updates or animations. The true test for me was the support element that Dreambooth offered. I've only had to call them once and email once, but on both occasions my questions were fully answered and I was left feeling like nothing was too much trouble for them. I am keen to keep a close relationship with Dreambooth and be the first to purchase any new product offerings that they will be launching in the future. Thanks again Dreambooth!

I had been searching for a business that I could manage easily and profitably. After a long search I came across the Dream mirror, which I loved as soon as I saw it! The idea that it was a new concept was very exciting, but my only drawback was that I was not a'techie' person. So I purchased the full package - with support plus the turn key option. I must say the support given has been amazing! When you take on something like this, it's a massive learning curve, so to have a team who train you properly, listen to concerns, are patient and actually help you over the initial stages and beyond is such a relief!!! Plus it's great, when the mirror is in service - it's so sociable, guests laugh and they do have fun, no matter what age! I am really pleased I invested in one!
